We have worked with technical experts to make sure the end-to-end process is fully compliant with UK Data Security requirements for the transfer and storage of data. Our systems comply with SSL data transfer standards and your files are encrypted while stored on our server. All material is automatically deleted from our server two weeks following completion of the work.
We are fully compliant with all aspects of the Data Protection Act across all our processes including receiving files, storage, onward transfer to our transcription team and back again.
